Vietnamese food with love
A fast casual restaurant only focus is Vietnamese Food with love. We source local and sustainable as much as possible. Our beef broth is cooked 24 hours with 100 lbs of antibiotics free pasture raised beef bones. Our steak, brisket, and meatballs are antibiotics free and hand-crafted. Our tofu is non GMO and our shrimp are always wild gulf shrimp. Our fish sauce is pure anchovies and salt. Our fix siracha is organic. Our menu is designed to be Gluten-free friendly at all locations except for our banh mi sandwiches, banh mi bites, egg rolls and garlic noodles. Our fish sauce and soy sauce are all gluten-free. Shrimp and Beef marinade are Soy Free. All our proteins options are gluten-free.
However, Vinason Pho Kitchen is not a Gluten-Free facility, and therefore we do not recommend our food to customers who have Celiac. Additionally, we are well aware of peanut allergies, and our most our menu does not contain peanuts, however, we are not a Peanut-free facility. We can't afford for all ingredients to be organic, but our passion to elevate Vietnamese food is. Food with Love!
